• Your voicemail will be delivered via email in a URL link you can access and listen to anytime on any web browser
• Your voicemail will be up to 10 minutes in length, you can request for a shorter or longer voicemail
• Turnaround time is typically between 3-5 business days. You can request a faster turnaround in your request submission, but this will depend on Ariel's schedule
• Your voicemail is for your personal use only, and not for commercial or advertisement purposes. If you would like to share your voicemail on social media, please include this note in your request submission

Ariel Niu's products and services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. Ariel will always strive to ensure the standard of service she provides to customers remain excellent.

In return for this product purchased by the customer, Ariel Niu agrees to provide the service as described above and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The customer paying for and receiving the product, agrees to the details above, and the terms and conditions set out below:

"I understand that the product/service I will be receiving from Ariel Niu is not a licensed product nor a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Ariel Niu is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.

I understand that this product/service is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy. I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Ariel Niu are solely for the purpose of answering my requested questions, and aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I give consent to Ariel Niu to assist me and understand that results are not guaranteed.

I understand that Ariel Niu will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if Ariel Niu is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.

I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of digital communications.

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Ariel Niu, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Ariel Niu as a result of the advice given by Ariel Niu or otherwise resulting from the service relationship contemplated by this agreement.

I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents."
